Provida Care

Privacy Policy

Last updated: 2 October 2026

Provida Care is run by Four Seven Technology Solutions Pty Ltd (ABN 37 700 930 570), "we" below. This policy covers our website, the Provida Care web app, and the Provida mobile apps. We follow the Australian Privacy Principles in the Privacy Act 1988 (Cth).

What we collect

  • When you join the waitlist or contact us: your email address, and anything you choose to tell us about your business.
  • When you use Provida Care: your name, email address and profile photo (if you sign in with Google), and the records your organisation keeps in it — staff details, rosters, and client and participant records.
  • Usage data: anonymous page-view statistics. We don't use advertising cookies or tracking pixels.

Client and participant information

Records about the people your organisation supports — including health and disability information — belong to your organisation. We store and process them only to provide the service, only your organisation's authorised staff can see them, and we never use them for marketing or sell them.

How we use it

To run and support the service, to sign you in, to send emails you've asked for (sign-in codes, waitlist updates), and to improve the product. We don't sell personal information.

Where it's stored

Provida Care's data is stored in Sydney, Australia. We use a few trusted providers to run the service — hosting (Vercel), database (Neon), email (Resend) and sign-in (Google) — some of which may process data overseas, under their own security and privacy commitments.

Keeping it safe

Data is encrypted in transit and at rest, and access is limited to the people who need it.

Your choices

You can ask to see, correct or delete your personal information, or unsubscribe from emails at any time. If you're a participant, contact your provider first — they control your records — or contact us and we'll help.

Contact and complaints

Email hello@providacare.com.au. If you're unhappy with how we handle a concern, you can contact the Office of the Australian Information Commissioner (oaic.gov.au).

Changes

If we change this policy we'll update the date above, and tell customers directly about anything significant.
